Skiing

Yesterday I went up with my yogi ski buddies to Loveland to go skiin! Turns out I was able to demo some tele skis so I tried them out all day. It was so much fun! I have been wanting to try tele skiing for a while now but just hadnt figured out the best way to try it out without buying all the gear. (I was worried if I bought all the gear I might not like it and then what!) But I absolutely loved it!! Man it burns the thighs for sure but it was so awesome. I think I might have to really get into it now. Fun stuff!!

A new blog!

Not sure how many followers I really have but I figured I would start a new blog since I have had so many changes in my life lately! But all is well. I just finished yoga teacher training which was an 8 week long amazing life changing process. I have made some amazing friends along the journey and I cant imagine not knowing them! Going through teacher training taught me so much about myself which has been so incredible. I also am now fully addictied to yoga!! Below are some pics of us on our last night celebration of finishing our teacher training.
Thanksgiving was great, I went up to Ft Collins with my mom and dad and hung out at our family friends house with about 16 peeople most of which have known eachother for 27+ years. That is amazing!! It was a great time, and of course lots of wonderful food!
